Do you read the content of my emails?+
No. We only access the metadata needed to identify subscription senders: sender addresses, subject lines, dates, and unsubscribe links from headers. Email bodies are not downloaded, stored, or analyzed.
Which mailboxes are supported?+
StopSub works with Gmail and Outlook. Connect the mailbox you already use, review detected senders in one dashboard, and take action when you are ready.
What happens on the free plan?+
The free plan includes inbox scanning, sender review, and up to 10 unsubscribes per month. Upgrade to Pro when you want unlimited unsubscribes.
Can I delete my data?+
Yes. You can disconnect your mailbox, delete stored data, or delete your account at any time from Settings.
Does blocking a sender delete old emails?+
Blocking creates a Gmail filter so future messages go to Trash. You can also explicitly clean existing emails from a sender when you choose that action.
